It was my first time having to find a mechanic for my car in the Streator area. Donahue’s was recommended to me by two people so I took the chance. I had an emergency situation happen on a Sunday - my serpentine belt broke and my tensioner pulley bolt broke. I called them on Monday, they got my car towed to them within the hour even though my appointment wouldn’t be until Friday. They called me on Tuesday afternoon letting me know they had time to get my part in & the vehicle fixed already - 3 days before my scheduled appointment because they just had the extra time. I believe it is because they knew I was in a tough spot with transportation and they MADE the time to do it. The customer service was good and friendly as well.
