"It was my first time having to find a mechanic for my car in the Streator area. Donahue’s was recommended to me by two people so I took the chance. I had an emergency situation happen on a Sunday - my serpentine belt broke and my tensioner pulley bolt broke. I called them on Monday, they got my car towed to them within the hour even though my appointment wouldn’t be until Friday. They called me on Tuesday afternoon letting me know they had time to get my part in & the vehicle fixed already - 3 days before my scheduled appointment because they just had the extra time. I believe it is because they knew I was in a tough spot with transportation and they MADE the time to do it. The customer service was good and friendly as well. OH and fairly priced for what I had done!"

"I have been a customer of Donahue Auto for over 7 years and my husband has been going there for over 12. They have ALWAYS been professional and courteous. They're quick to answer the phone during normal business hours and quick to get back to me if I leave a message. I've had to call them more than once, for unexpected problems with my vehicle and they've always been quick to address my concerns as big or little as they might be. Most recently, I had to have my alternator replaced and they got to it as soon as they could. When the alternator they put in was bad (not their fault), I called after hours to report it (on a weekend) and they put a new one in the following business day. I have nothing negative to say about Donahue's and if I could give them 10 stars,(here are 5 more) 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 I would. I will NEVER go anywhere else to have my vehicles serviced."

Donahue's recently replaced all of the tire sensors on my 2012 Toyota car for less than the dealership. I will continue to use this shop whenever possible."
